I have many years of experience as a Technical Writer and Online Help Author, using FrameMaker, Acrobat, Word, RoboHelp, QuarkXpress, Illustrator, Visio Professional, FrontPage 2000, WebWorks Publisher, ForeHelp, Paint Shop Pro, What's This? Help Composer, and other development tools.

My strength is in architecting and developing Online Help. I hand-coded and then used RoboHelp to develop many of the very earliest examples of Microsoft WinHelp. I develop Microsoft HTML Help, What's This? Help, Java Help, eHelp's WebHelp, WinHelp32, WebWorks Publisher, Web-based Help, and cross-platform Help solutions.
